COVID-19 UPDATES

Due to COVID-19 please expect delays. We will try our best to get all your orders out to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience, and support. 

PERSONALISATION

Am I able to personalise the product?
Yes, we personalise a range of products, including boxes, candles, and also vinyl stickers. 

How do I add personalisation?
You are able to add personalisation when purchasing your items, and also upon checkout in the notes section. 

What fonts do you offer?

We offer 15 main fonts posted on all of our products, however if theres a different font you wish to use please email us on: info@createdbyrm.com.au 

I want something which you don't have listed, are you able to help?

BULK ORDERS

Are bulk order prices cheaper?
Yes they are. Our minimum order is 10 of the same product. Please contact us for pricing and further information.

PAYMENTS

What payment options do you offer?
We accept card payments including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 
You can also pay with Paypal.

What currency will I be charged in?
Australian dollar, as we are based in Australia.

We are based in Melbourne, and ship across Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are custom made so please allow 1-10 business days for us to process your order. Postage takes about 1-5 business days but due to the current COVID 19 situation please expect delays.

Can you get our order done faster than the processing time?
Yes we can, please just send us an email at info@createdbyrm.com.au and we are happy to prioritise your order. 

Missed delivery, lost orders, returned packages & delays

 If items are returned to us due to them not being collected, your item will be re-sent and you will be charged for the additional postage costs.

Chocolates/Smash Cakes:

As we have no control over shipping, we cannot guarantee that the sweets will arrive as ordered. We apologise for any inconvenience. Also, please store the sweets in a cool and dry place.

Chocolate filled hearts and popsicles have an expiry date of 7 days.

Smash cakes & other chocolate blocks are best consumed within 3 days, but have a 14 day expiry. 

Chocolate covered strawberries should be refrigerated and consumed in 1-2 days! Please be aware that the strawberries may leak.

Please note, temperature changes can cause the chocolates to discolour. Despite the appearance, the chocolate is still safe to eat.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do you offer returns?

As our items are personalised we are not able to accept returns.

All custom, personalised, or printed product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However if your product is faulty or damaged please contact us, and we can assist you.

My item was lost/damaged in transit, what can I do?
If you item was damaged or lost whilst being delivered please email us on info@createdbyrm.com.au and we would be more than happy to help you with this matter.
